This large and luxurious fully equipped 2010 World Cup Villa in St. James in Cape Town, South Africa is situated up a stairway on the mountainside, in a lovely natural environment where the only sounds are from birds and the sea. It has spectacular sea views and is within 3 minutes walk of two beaches, one child friendly with a large seawater pool, and the other a popular surfing beach, as well as a train station with trains to Cape Town. It is about 28 kilometres from the football stadium which is easily reached by car or public transport.
The house is divided into two levels, an upstairs and a downstairs, which can either be rented separately or together. The St. James cottage is our immediate neighbour so renting both houses would also be appropriate for a group.
